I have to admit, the first time I saw this, it was so well done that they almost had me. Almost.
The video shows a police officer approaching a traffic stop, and then appears to get zapped and either immolated or dissolved by some beam energy weapon.
It's really well done. It should be. It was a promotional video for "The 4400", posted in 2007 on the channel "BanPromicin2477". Promocin
is a fictional neurotransmitter in the show The 4400.
